KME produces a vast assortment of copper rolled products that vary in chemical composition, size and format, all suited to the many types of final processing.
KME can offer various types of copper rolled products to its industrial customers, all with a minimum 99.9% purity:

Strips
KME copper strips comply with the latest European standards and are produced with even more stringent tolerance limits.

Manufactured in different thicknesses, the KME copper sheets meet the international standards and are suited to many industrial transformations and uses.

Discs
KME's copper discs, conforming to standard EN 1652, are suitable for the construction of boilers, household appliances and any type of metal object that requires a high quality surface and the best possibility of forming.
The discs can be made from strips or plates. Discs made from strips are annealed (R220), but are also available in half-hard (R240) and hard (R290) tempers upon request.

SPECIAL CABLE STRIPS
KME also produces special copper and copper-alloy strips used for the production of precision cables for telecommunications: coaxial cables, HF for high frequency data transmission and submarine communication cables.
For specific welding requirements, KME can supply cable strips with the following features:
- completely constant thickness
- smooth and oil-free surface
- high dimensional stability
- high electrical conductivity
In addition, KME supplies special strips such as one- or two-sided copolymer coated strips or perforated strips which are used in radiating cables.

TRANSFORMER STRIPS
KME's line of copper strips also includes strips that have smooth and polished surfaces with deburred edges for transformer windings. The precision deburring of the edges [linked to 1.2.4.2.4] is the characteristic that makes these strips ideal for electric windings in large transformers.
The transformer strips are made of ETP copper with tolerances within the limits imposed by the EN 1652 standard.

The standard product range has a thickness between 0.5 and 1.2 mm and a width between 500 and 500 mm.
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY
Standard formats (for example, 1000x2000 mm sheets) of ETP or DHP copper are always available for immediate delivery.
