WICU® Clim

WICU® Clim is the ideal solution for creating air conditioning systems.

The extreme cleanliness of the internal surface of the tube makes it a suitable product for carrying refrigerant gas. The insulated covering was designed to prevent the formation of condensation.

Characteristics of the WICU® Clim copper tube

• Manufactured in accordance with European Standard EN 12735-1
• Physical state: R220 (coils)
• Absolute roughness: e.= 0.0015 mm
• Linear thermal expansion coefficient: 0.0168 mm/m°C
• Thermal conductivity: λ= 364 W/m°C (at 20°C)
• Internal cleanliness: In accordance with EN 12735-1 (and ASTM B 280)
• Does not soften at high temperatures
• Completely impermeable to gases
• Resistant to UV rays

Characteristics of the covering

• Closed cell polythene foam
• Mean value for the water vapor diffusion resistance factor: "μ" = 14,000
• Mean density of the covering: 33 kg/m3
• Void of ammoniacal residues
• Excellent resistance to external chemical agents
• Class 1 non flammable (Italian classification system)
