SMISOL® Pro

SMISOL® Pro, designed for heating and the distribution of drinking water, is noted for its particularly low eccentricity values, which allows the thickness of the copper tube to be reduced while keeping the technical-mechanical characteristics clearly above the normal safety standards.

  • Manufactured in accordance with European Standard EN 1057
  • Physical state: R220 (coils)
  • Absolute roughness: e.= 0.0015 mm
  • Linear thermal expansion coefficient: 0.0168 mm/m°C
  • Thermal conductivity: λ= 364 W/m°C (at 20°C)
  • Carbon residue: C<0.06 mg/dm2 (coils of tubing)
  • Does not soften at high temperatures
  • Completely impermeable to gases
  • Resistant to UV rays

Characteristics of the covering

  • Thermal conductivity at 40°C: λ≤ 0.040 W/m°C
  • Mean density of the covering: 30 kg/m3
  • Minimum thickness of the covering: 6mm
  • Void of ammoniacal residues
  • Excellent resistance to outside chemical agents
  • Class 1 non flammable (Italian classification system)
