KME WICU® PLASTIC COATED COPPER TUBE TO BS EN 13349 / BS EN 1057
KME WICU® tube is copper tube with a plastic cover designed to give the tube external protection.
KME WICU® is designed to give the tube protection from aggressive materials or atmospheres. The cover also creates a thermal barrier which reduces heat loss from buried tube and condensation on exposed cold pipework.

- Cu-DHP grade copper
- Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 13349 (specification for covered copper tube)
- Copper tube to BS EN 1057
- BSi Kitemark licensed (copper tube)
- Available in annealed coils (R220) in sizes 8-22mm and in straight half-hard lengths (R250) in sizes 15-28mm
- Straight lengths available in 5.8m lengths for container loads to export markets
- Coating colour: white. Certain sizes available in yellow

All systems should be designed, installed and used in accordance with appropriate specifications or codes of practice (e.g. BS 6700) and/or KME technical recommendations.
