KME Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of semi-finished copper and copper alloy products (excluding copper wire), with a share of 30% of the European market and 6-7% worldwide.

Founded in 1886 and quoted on the Milan Stock Exchange in 1897, KME Group, while still headquartered in Florence, is today present throughout Europe with an international management.

KME is the European leader in each of its manufacturing sectors and is the world leader in the melting and casting products sector.

Our share of the 15 country European market is 30%, with peaks of 40% in rolled copper products for the construction industry and 38% in industrial copper tubing.

Our share of the world market is 7%.
